Meet the Founder
CareLux Services LLC was founded by Sheneen Williams, a dedicated professional with deep experience in healthcare and human services.
Sheneen brings a unique blend of leadership, structure, and compassion to the care industry. With experience in corporate and nursing home leadership-overseeing Human Resources-Sheneen witnessed firsthand the level of care needed to truly support aging individuals, as well as the challenges caregivers face, including burnout and limited support.
Driven by a personal commitment to make a difference for her own aging parents and the wider community, she founded CareLux with a clear mission: to redefine the standard of care.
Her vision is to build an agency where care is compassionate, intentional, and consistent- where every client is treated with dignity, every caregiver is supported, and every service is delivered with excellence.
